Installation
We will prepare, configure, test and commission new or upgraded network hardware and software, both before and after installation, with as little disruption to normal network operation as possible.

Project management
This service will equip you with the necessary expertise to co-ordinate and manage implementation projects, regardless of size and sophistication. You will have an experience and competent Project Manager who will support you in the initiation, procurement, implementation, execution and termination of projects.

Preventive Maintenance
We will help keep your network operational and fully functional by identifying and rectifying potential network faults. Through regular system inspections, our technical experts make sure that there are no threats to your network's smooth operation.

Moves Adds & Changes
This Service, conducted remotely where possible , manages all your day-to-day end users network and equipment changes. As your workplace changes, our technician will keep your system updated with your system updated with the required end- user data and ensure everyone has access to their specified equipment and functionality.

Parts Access
This makes new network hardware available to you, when you need it, without having to maintain your own hardware inventory. Whether you need replacement as part of a planned maintenance schedule, or you need an emergency replacement due to an unexpected loss of functionality, you will receive a spare part within one working day. Part Access Management helps you to keep your customers' networks running smoothly by supplying you with replacement hardware within pre-defined, guaranteed lead times

Traffic Study
You will be able to plan effective network development by identifying areas of over-and under capacity in your communications network. Based on the traffic Study data, we can then offer you more effective solutions to help meet your changing network requirements.

Maintenance
This is a service that quickly recovers your business communications in the event of network failure or loss of functionality.

Education
This Service provides training to system managers, receptionists and extensions users in the use of their system management equipment, operator consoles, and cordless or desktop telephones. Other courses can be provided as required.

Easy Software Upgrade service
This involves preparing the upgrade "off-site" which reduces the time spent onsite or the downtime for your system. The service deliverables consist of a prepared system image which could include - or not include - customer data. The data is collected from the customers system and sent to Ericsson to check for any fault commands - and then prepare a customer specific system image to use for upgrade. The images are easily uploaded and downloaded via internet.

Technical support & assistance
The Technical Support & Assistance service is designed to offer you a flexible service that can be tailored to meet your specific support needs. Ericsson supplies the Base Support as part of the certification, which can be complemented with an Optional Service Level as well as several Service Options. Telnet Enterprise Systems offers various support packages inresponse to our customer's needs and requirements. These include:
